This Disclaimer governs your use of content and information provided by The CDA Academy FL ("the Academy," "we," "us," "our") through cdaacademyfl.com and our platform (the "Services"). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Please read it carefully.

All courses, materials, videos, and information provided through the Services are for general educational and informational purposes only. They are intended to support your professional development and preparation and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other professional advice.

The Child Development Associate (CDA®) credential is a national credential awarded solely by the Council for Professional Recognition. The CDA Academy FL is an independent training provider. We are not the Council for Professional Recognition, and we do not issue, award, confer, or guarantee the CDA® credential.

The Council for Professional Recognition does not endorse, accredit, partner with, or approve any specific training program, curriculum, or trainer. Our training is designed to help you complete formal early-childhood-education training hours that you may use toward CDA® eligibility, but:

• Completion of our training does not guarantee that you will receive the CDA® credential;
• You are responsible for meeting all of the Council's eligibility, application, assessment, and documentation requirements;
• The Council independently verifies candidate qualifications and administers the credentialing process;
• Requirements are set by the Council and may change; you should confirm current requirements directly with the Council at cdacouncil.org.

"CDA" and "Child Development Associate" are marks of the Council for Professional Recognition and are used here only to describe the subject of our training.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from your use of the Services, including but not limited to: earning any credential or certificate, passing any examination or assessment, obtaining employment, promotion, wage increase, scholarship, or any other professional or financial result. Individual results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, preparation, background, and circumstances. Any examples, testimonials, or outcomes described are not promises or typical results.

We strive to provide accurate, current information, but we make no warranty or representation as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content.
